Are you looking for efficient coder with excellent problem solving capability? You've come to the right place.

As we ourselves met with different difficult situations where we spent lot of time to evaluate and find the skilled programmer. We used to interview at least 100 persons to pick 1 right candidate. To gather 100 candidates we need to spend a lot of amount towards advertising, making interview arrangments, freeing experts time to interview the candidate etc.

Out of all our bad experiences we've devised a method to easily test and evaluate the candidate online even before they reach our office. This enabled us to filter and appoint the candidate with minimal time duration. This saves our lot of time and money. The best thing is that, we get the right candidate at the minimum possible time.

We are conducting Collectiva Programming Contest mainly to identify the right skilled people and also to train the candidate. (Ofcourse, some right candidates, if given opportunity, becomes very brilliant coders.)

Our testing environment enables to evaluate the following skillsets of the candidate:

  • Understanding the problem statement or the requirements specification from the client.
  • Ability to think for the solution.
  • Coding with 100% perfection. (Our in built testing engine supplies suitable data to evaluate different conditions to make sure the reliability of the code.)
  • Thinking and typing Speed. Those who have completed 8 and above in one hour out of 10, not only good thinkers but also having good typing speed, which is required at most of the situations.
  • Debugging skills. No program is perfect in the first step itself. Those who can able to rectify the coding, by code reading and intermediate output verification methods, without using advanced facilities such as break points, could easily find and rectify any faults at the earliest. Such people won't do silly mistakes, obviously.
